Dr. Ramey will work with parents on proper nutrition education. This may include talking with mothers who are pregnant to ensure delivery of proper nutrients to the baby in utero all the way up through the teen years.

We would love to share with you healthy recipes that Dr. Ramey has tested on her own children. If you have a healthy recipe we would love for you to share it with us.

Dr. Ramey and the staff are very active in talking with parents and students about nutrition. Some places we have been involved with include:
